6-Month FTC – Central Nottingham / Hybrid £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits.
This profitable and growing organisation requires an experienced Business Analyst, who has a proven track record of success as part of software/business delivery teams. You will be joining a market-leading company, partnering with teams to identify, document and manage the business needs for solutions to business problems and new initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the liaison between the business and technical teams, to ensure both solution and expectation are delivered as agreed. You will work closely with the Development team to develop storyboards and/or proof of concepts based on customer requirements.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 2 days per week in their central Nottingham office. This will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract.

Experience / Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in the professional services e.g. finance, insurance, legal
- Proven experience working with development teams to achieve desired results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create Functional and Non-Functional Requirements documents
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and where appropriate, document the ‘As-Is’, ‘To Be’ and ‘Gap’ to further enhance the processes
- Assess the business implications of proposed changes
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes
- Experience of working within Agile and Scrum practices
- BA / PM certifications desirable
