Job Title: Senior IT Engineer Location: Central London (hybrid- 3 days onsite) Industry: Finance Salary: £35-40k per annum (DOE) The Role: We are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst who will act as an escalation point for IT support issues, whilst getting involved with niche aspects of the company. Working as part of a team, in a busy environment, the job holder will be expected to handle a wide variety of support issues, from printer problems to issues with trading and market pricing applications, and everything in between. The job holder will be heavily involved in managing our Hyper-V / Virtualised server and PC estate, overseeing resource usage of Hyper-V hosts and SAN infrastructure. Responsibilities: Network troubleshooting/configuration (Cisco, routers, switches) Basic networking- DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN Supporting the Microsoft Office365 suite of applications Supporting SQL database Liaise with third-party support vendors, developers, and suppliers (comfortable conversating with Executives/Managers) Experience using Microsoft Azure Provide support face-to-face, over the phone, or via remote access (1st-3rd line) Supporting an active trading desk, back-office support staff, executives, and staff in our overseas offices Shift patterns: Early shift: 7am to 4pm Late shift: 10am to 7pm In Technology Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
