Overview
Vivo is partnering with a well-established organisation currently undergoing a major period of change and transformation.
They\βre looking for a dynamic Trainer to work across the business, supporting and upskilling teams as they roll out a new system nationwide. Success in this role will require someone who can quickly learn and adapt, communicate clearly at all levels and deliver impactful training that drives engagement and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements and identifying training needs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and materials tailored to varied user levels (in-person and online).
- Document workflows, user guides, FAQs and learning resources.
- Liaise with the implementation team during system rollouts, upgrades or enhancements.
