We are seeking a Data Privacy SME to support a global banking client in fundamentally redesigning their privacy ecosystem on a 12 month contract basis in London (Hybrid working). This high-impact role will focus on strategic privacy challenges, including taxonomy design, data mapping, and privacy tooling across global jurisdictions.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Data Privacy and Protection across global regulatory landscapes (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, APAC)
- Ability to design and implement taxonomies for records of processing activity (ROPA)
- Experience interlinking data in motion with privacy compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of jurisdictional data access considerations and cross-border data flows
- Experience with privacy tooling and frameworks, including Privacy Notices, Consent Management, and tools like DataVisa
- Strategic mindset with the ability to redesign enterprise privacy programs
- Previous experience in large, complex organizations (e.g. financial services) is preferred
