Your new company A leading provider of fully integrated ERP systems and services to niche markets in wholesale, retail distribution, logistics, and service sectors, this fast-paced, private equity-backed company is undergoing rapid growth and operational transformation. It delivers advanced trading and financial software for single- and multi-branch operations, including point-of-sale showrooms and warehouses. With a buy-and-build strategy supported by approximately £100 million in committed banking facilities, it maintains a strong pipeline of strategic acquisitions to drive continued inorganic growth. Your new role As the M&A Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integration strategies for newly acquired businesses. Working closely with the M&A and Group Finance teams, you will develop integration plans during the pre-acquisition phase and lead cross-functional teams post-acquisition to ensure seamless transitions. Your responsibilities will include managing project plans, tracking synergies, coordinating resources, and driving communication across departments such as Sales, HR, IT, and Finance. You\’ll also contribute to the development of integration playbooks and due diligence frameworks to support repeatable success.
