Job Title: PLM Solution Architect (Windchill & Digital Thread) Role Overview: The PLM Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using PTC Windchill. This role plays a critical part in shaping the Digital Thread strategy, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: * Architect and implement PLM solutions with a focus on PTC Windchill. * Develop and maintain the Digital Thread framework to enable end-to-end product data connectivity. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Integrate PLM with ERP (SAP), CAD, and other enterprise systems. * Optimize workflows for Engineering Change Management (ECM), MPMLink, PartsLink, and Enterprise Systems Integration (ESI). * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Lead user training, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: * 5+ years of experience in PLM Solution Architecture, with expertise in PTC Windchill. * Strong knowledge of PLM integrations, including, CAD management, and digital transformation. * Experience with Windchill modules such as ECM, MPMLink, PartsLink, and ESI. * Project management skills with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
