Job Title: Junior IT Engineer Location: Central London (onsite) Industry: Finance Salary: £25k per annum The Role: We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst who will act as first line contact for all and any IT support issues. Working as part of a team, in a busy environment, the job holder will be expected to handle a wide variety of support issues, from printer problems to issues with trading and market pricing applications, and everything in between. The job holder will be heavily involved in managing our Hyper-V / Virtualised server and PC estate, overseeing resource usage of Hyper-V hosts and SAN infrastructure. Responsibilities: Supporting the Microsoft Office365 suite of applications. Liaise with third-party support vendors, developers, and suppliers. Experience using Microsoft Azure (beneficial) Provide support face-to-face, over the phone, or via remote access. Supporting an active trading desk, back-office support staff, executives, and staff in our overseas offices. There are multiple training opportunities available via specialist third-party IT training companies.
