What You Bring:- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with large-scale technical estates and ability to navigate complex systems. Confidence in handling technical complexity without hesitation.
- Modern Cutover & Release Management Best Practices: Strong grasp of automation tools and efficient cutover planning methodologies. Experience handling large-scale release cycles and dependency management.
- Strategic Mindset & Process Improvement: Ability to assess the current state ("as-is"), identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows ("to-be"). Introduce functional performance tracking, metrics, and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Change Leadership & Team Engagement: Take the existing team on a transformational journey - managing resistance and fostering collaboration.
