Role purpose / summary Responsible for identifying, assessing and documenting automation opportunities. Reporting of key force / automation benefits and maintaining process documentation Required Skills Ability to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities Ability to clearly document processes and benefits Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling Ability to collaborate well with stakeholder and team members Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation Ability to lead in discovery workshops and deliver in cross-functional team settings Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on requirement gathering and process automation documentation Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation technology e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
