A London-based AI company is seeking an EMEA Accounting Director to lead the development of their finance and accounting teams across EMEA and globally, with primary responsibility for EMEA accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll.
Your new role
- Optimise Financial Operations: Own monthly close and reporting, driving scalable process improvements.
- Manage Audit Excellence: Lead external audits and filings, ensuring efficient documentation.
- Ensure EMEA Regulatory Compliance: Oversee timely and accurate tax, statutory, and local filings, coordinating with advisors.
- Strengthen Control Environment: Lead creation/maintenance of accounting schedules and reconciliations.
- Foster Global Collaboration: Build strong relationships across EMEA, AMER, and APJ Accounting teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Master's degree in accounting or equivalent.
