WRK digital are supporting a high growth consultancy to identify an experienced Product Leader to support an end user client with their acceleration toward a true product centred operating model. The ideal candidate will have worked in a large scale organisation with experience working across both software development and technology delivery squads.
Key outcomes:
- Design the future operating model and supporting processes for an enterprise environment of 100+ squads
- Conducting maturity assessments and creating performance frameworks to inform how the teams deliver against the desired end state
- A 'do-er' someone who will put pen to paper and help to shape the future of the organisation
