A leading global real estate investment manager is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Asset Manager to join their growing team in Glasgow. You will be adding value to a mixed commercial portfolio, spread throughout Scotland and Northern England.
The scope of responsibilities for the role includes the entire spectrum of real estate asset management including but not limited to:
- Asset planning
- Analysis and execution of asset enhancement initiatives
- Leasing
- Property management oversight
- Delivery of ESG initiatives
- Valuation
- Financial analysis
- Market research
- Internal & external reporting
This role will also be required to assist in technical due diligence of acquisitions and sales as and when needed. This would suit someone based anywhere in central belt Scotland. Salary and package are flexible.
