An experienced Occupational Health Advisor required to join an established manufacturing company based in Nottinghamshire on a Part time basis (25 hours per week) An in-house Occupational Health Advisor required to support the business with Health Surveillance, Management Referrals and for the provision of proactive Occupational Health to the client and to co-ordinate defined OH activities Duties: Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards. Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance screening procedures Key Skills : RGN qualified and must hold a post-registration qualification in OH Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration (part 3) High degree of self-motivation and management Strong organisational skills Proficient IT skills including MS office suite Strong team player and able to lead by example Full UK driving licence and able to travel with some overnight stays Ability to pass high-level security vetting Permanent Part Time (25 Hours per week ) Salary circa £40k-£50k FTE Based in Nottinghamshire with occasional travel to other sites – driving licence essential.
