We're working with a leading UK-based digital retail provider that’s scaling rapidly and making big waves with their services. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their core operational systems — the heartbeat of their operations. If you’re passionate about improving systems that actually matter and enjoy working in high-trust, fast-moving environments, this could be a perfect fit.
The Role:
You’ll be at the centre of digital transformation for healthcare operations. The goal? To build scalable, efficient, and regulation-ready systems that support everything from day-to-day workflows to major strategic shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the product vision and roadmap for internal operational platforms
- Working closely with pharmacy, tech, and compliance teams to deliver value fast
- Translating complex needs (like GPhC compliance) into smart digital workflows
- Owning and prioritising the product backlog with clarity and purpose
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure impact (think: error rates, processing time, uptime)
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in product management (retail/operations/regulated industry experience is a big plus)
- Proven success owning B2B or internal-facing tools in an Agile setup
- Strong grasp of stakeholder collaboration — especially with cross-functional ops and tech teams
- Comfortable in the detail (e.g. compliance requirements, pharmacy workflows) without losing sight of the big picture
- Someone who wants to work on a product that makes a real difference to real people
Benefits:
- 33 days annual leave
- Funded professional development
- Pension scheme
- Gym membership
- Blue Light Card eligibility
