As Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting this exciting growth journey by owning the demand planning process and helping shape a best-in-class S&OP model. Key Responsibilities:- Forecasting: Own the demand forecast for a diverse SKU portfolio across multiple channels.
- S&OP Development: Contribute to the design and execution of an agile, insight-led S&OP process.
- Inventory Readiness: Ensure supply chain alignment with new store openings and commercial campaigns.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to drive forecast accuracy and improve planning efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment across functions.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, ideally within cosmetics or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel; experience with planning systems preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing to cross-functional collaboration.
