Electrical Design Engineer, Newcastle\\n\\n£48K up to £55k DOE + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits + Hybrid Working\\n\\nOur client has made its impact is in iconic structures, bold engineering feats, behind-the-scenes innovation and joined-up thinking and forming partnerships that make up the world's great infrastructure projects today. They are looking to expand their design team in Central Scotland.\\n\\nThe Electrical design Engineer will be employed to create electrical designs and procure specialist packages in heavy industries.Reporting on specific design projects to Design Leads (Senior Engineers and Engineers).\\n\\nThis involves:\\n- Design LV electrical distribution systems.\\n- Design of control systems, SCADA and communication networks.\\n\\nCreate the following documentation:\\n- Specifications & Datasheets\\n- Cable Calculations & Schedules\\n- Drawings\\n- Review and check manufacturer document / information for compliance with project specifications.\\n- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant technical consultants and suppliers.\\n\\nAbout You:\\n- Must be proficient in Trimble (Amtech) ProDesign.\\n- Experienced in medium to large scale infrastructure projects\\n- Clear focus on collaboration and building relationships with other designers and project teams to deliver cost effective and acceptable design solutions\\n- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and write clearly and succinctly\\n- Promote innovation and continuous improvement in design.\\n- Excellent IT Skills including Autocad, Navisworks and Revit.\\n- Microsoft Office experience is essential including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.\\n- Detailed knowledge of codes of practice and other regulatory material.\\n- Experience in a broad range of heavy industries such as Petrochemical, Power Generation, Renewables and Nuclear
