We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can focus themselves and their team, communicate greatly with staff and guests.

About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Create, maintain or improve standards through your organisational skills
  • Follow daily procedures

  • Inspire, guide, collaborate, and motivate a team to achieve great sales and service success
  • Have up to date knowledge of relevant legislation regarding food hygiene and alcohol regulation
  • Understand and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Have experience and enthusiasm to contribute and fully support the running of the whole business operation, including people management, combined with the ability to work under pressure
