As the People Business Partner for the Sales team, with a focus on Performance & L&D, you'll support the development of Sales and Research through the coordination of the PET (performance, engagement, training) framework. You'll also assist the CRO and Head of Recruitment with performance-related operations, requiring strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Manage and refine the performance framework for Sales & Research.
  • Track performance against KPIs with senior leaders.
  • Coordinate reviews and growth plans.
  • Support succession planning and the annual compensation cycle using KPI and competency data.

Training & Development

  • Lead L&D efforts starting with Sales & Research.
  • Implement an LMS with the Head of Systems.
  • Identify skill gaps and curate or source relevant training content.
  • Manage L&D resources and collaborate with external providers.
  • Extend L&D strategy across Delivery, Business Services & Finance.

Engagement & Culture

  • Promote a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
  • Organize engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
  • Drive retention and satisfaction efforts.

Data & Reporting

  • Analyze performance, engagement, and attrition data to drive strategy.
  • Monitor recruitment and onboarding trends.
  • Ensure policy compliance and support HR operations.
