As the People Business Partner for the Sales team, with a focus on Performance & L&D, you'll support the development of Sales and Research through the coordination of the PET (performance, engagement, training) framework. You'll also assist the CRO and Head of Recruitment with performance-related operations, requiring strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Performance & Talent Management
- Manage and refine the performance framework for Sales & Research.
- Track performance against KPIs with senior leaders.
- Coordinate reviews and growth plans.
- Support succession planning and the annual compensation cycle using KPI and competency data.
Training & Development
- Lead L&D efforts starting with Sales & Research.
- Implement an LMS with the Head of Systems.
- Identify skill gaps and curate or source relevant training content.
- Manage L&D resources and collaborate with external providers.
- Extend L&D strategy across Delivery, Business Services & Finance.
Engagement & Culture
- Promote a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
