We are currently looking for an Assistant Customer Service Operator to join our team at the Bathgate depot. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with customers and drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate daily service reports and support general administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Input and maintain accurate data using spreadsheets and internal IT systems.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and drivers.
  • Manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Receive full support and training to help you succeed in the role.
