Manicomio Restaurant Group is expanding and is soon to be opening a stylish new Italian restaurant in the heart of the City, close to Fenchurch Street

While continuing the company ethos of fresh, sustainable, top quality produce across all our kitchens , the new site will be delivering exciting new menus and working environment.

This is a truly wonderful opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team and to work closely with the Head Chef and to be part of this great launch , taking the City of London food scene to the next level .

Candidates should have:

  • Passion for great food and working with premium produce
  • Extensive experience in the UK or Overseas in busy, quality establishments at Sous Chef level
  • A strong knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred but not essential
  • The ability to deliver fresh food to high standards and to work well under pressure.
  • Leadership qualities and be able to motivate and train staff

The Business

It all began 22 years ago with the flagship Manicomio Chelsea opening on the renowned Duke of York Square , close to Sloane Square. Since then Manicomio City at St Pauls opened in 2008 and Canto Corvino at Spitalfields in 2015 . The profound success of the Manicomio Group is attributed to years of hard work , dedication and passion for quality of food and service , delivered by a number of long-term loyal staff and their crews .
