CMS Recruitment Limited are currently recruiting for a site service technician for a well established food manufacturing company based in Gateshead. As Site Services Technician you will be working alongside the wider team to ensure all Buildings, Fabric and ancillary equipment/services are fullly operational ensuring the safety and well being of all employees and equipment is of the highest priority. You will ensure all functions are efficient and utilised to meet all customer specifications. You will be responsible to work collaboratively with contractors/other members of the team to ensure all aspects of work are maintained and run in a safe, efficient manner, meeting agreed legal requirements and local specifications. Support Engineering and Site performance targets by carrying out planned maintenance, timely repair of breakdowns, continuous improvement activities, including identifying problem areas then engineering out the cause. You will identify areas for improvement and work with the wider team to implement action plans to promote and aid continuous improvements. You will support the engineering team to carry out RCA on any issues and work alongside them to identify resolutions and implement plans to prevent reoccurance. You will support the wider engineering team to identify issues and assist with resolution implementaion. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure all equipment achieves optimum capacity required.
