The predicted salary is between 43200 - 84000 £ per year.
We are proud to be working with the largest UK manufacturer and supplier of resistance welding equipment. They offer complete turnkey projects, through to standalone welding and joining solutions, alongside all support equipment and consumable requirements ensuring confidence from concept to execution.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales by cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new leads to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to convert enquiries quickly, develop new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, maximise customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.
We are looking for a hardworking self-starter, who is motivated to achieve outstanding results. Commercial and administration support will be provided by an experienced and dedicated team, who are knowledgeable in our products and excellent in delivering customer service.
Background

Key responsibilities:
- Gain experience in your field, develop product/service knowledge, and build your reputation in technical sales.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Effectively managing and converting customer enquiries.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
- Travelling to visit existing and potential clients.
- Defining machine, robot, and tooling product solutions to satisfy customer needs.
- Cross selling products from our range of ancillary equipment.
- Presenting customer quotations.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Preparing reports.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Supporting marketing initiatives.
- Developing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet clients’ needs.
- Developing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaising with other members of the sales and engineering teams.
Package:
- Salary negotiable up to circa £60k.
- Company car + fuel card.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Annual company bonus subject to performance (equal to approx. 1 month’s salary).
