My client is a global financial services organization looking to hire a Legal Counsel in its Edinburgh office. Reporting into the division head, you will be joining a small team of transactional lawyers who focus on a wide variety of group matters.

This role will suit an M&A lawyer looking to move in-house, although other transferable skillsets from a transactional angle will also be considered. There is flexibility in terms of candidate's PQE, but realistically they will be in the 1-6 PQE range.
