Approach customers and advise them throughout their projects. Respect the companies sales process and ensure to guide client in buying the right product Use 3D software and others digital tools through sales process. Place order with the suppliers and follow up until delivery. Follow up after delivery and ensure client’s satisfaction. Maintain outstanding showroom condition and visual merchandising according to brand standards. Answer and follow up on all interactions with clients on the phone, email, live chat and other tools. Achieve individual and team objectives by being a considerate team player. Working closely with renowned artists and designers such as Joana Vasconcelos, Kenzo Takada, Cédric Ragot, Sacha Lakic, Christophe Delcourt and Stephen Burks and with Haute Couture fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Missoni Home, Our client offers a broad range of exclusive made-to-order designs, manufactured with a high level of customisation in small European workshops. Missions: As a Sales consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client’s needs in order to offer the best service while maximising sales. Under the supervision of the store manager, the Sales consultant will be the brand ambassador from greeting and presenting the clients collections, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients. The successful candidate will be driven to achieve sales in a high-end market and develop long-lasting relationship with its customer. Required Skills and Personal Attributes: 2+ year’s experience in a retail sales environment in the furniture industry, able to engage easily with clients. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Attention to Details. High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Passionate, Pro-active, Creative, Team player, Ability to learn quickly. 20/20 software knowledge is a plus. French speaking a plus. Interest in the Design Furniture & Art industry. Schedule: 5 days a week with Saturday and Sunday being a working day.
