The Associate Building Surveyors’ role This consultancy predominantly provide new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including industrial, retail, office, healthcare, leisure, education, and residential markets. Key services include design & project management, measured surveys, dilapidations, schedule of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, project monitoring, party wall matters, expert witness, and dispute resolution. As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional and project-based services to an esteemed portfolio of clients.
