About our client
Our client is a leading international large-cap private equity firm, with a superb track record of more than 30 years throughout Europe. This is a great chance for a bright and ambitious professional to join one of the leading and highly active private equity houses. The firm seeks to hire an Investor Relations Associate into their growing team and will provide you with excellent career development opportunities. You will work with both existing and prospective institutional investors throughout the fundraising lifecycle, focusing on LP communications, co-investments and project management efforts.
What the job involves
- Project manage ongoing and future fundraising processes and service institutional investors.
- Produce compelling investor communications, including marketing materials for existing and new investors, plus materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, LPAC meetings, quarterly calls and other investor events.
- Contribute to fundraising data rooms including drafting of documentation such as PPMs, case studies, DDQs and other materials.
- Support the Investor Relations digital infrastructure including implementation of new tools to enhance work processes.
- Build strong working relations with internal teams including Investment, Legal, Finance, and Coverage.
Who we are looking for
- Educated to degree level with experience in Investor Relations, Placement Agents or similar environment within the alternatives industry.
- Client-centric mindset and service-oriented nature.
