With a legacy of executing over €8 billion in real estate deals, the firm is known for its ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver superior returns. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the full investment cycle of real estate private equity transactions. Your key duties will include:

  • Sourcing Opportunities: Identifying and cultivating new investment prospects across European markets through a well-established network.
  • Deal Execution: Driving the structuring, underwriting, and negotiation of sophisticated real estate transactions, including sale-leasebacks, portfolio deals, and corporate real estate strategies.
  • Modelling & Analysis: Developing and overseeing detailed financial models to assess risk-adjusted returns and investment performance.
  • Investor & Internal Engagement: Creating and presenting investment materials to internal committees and external stakeholders.
  • Portfolio Oversight & Exit Planning: Managing assets post-acquisition and executing strategic exit plans such as refinancing, asset sales, or transitioning to listed structures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional Background: Over 2-5 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or Big Four advisory, with a strong focus on real estate investments.
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-border real estate transactions from origination to exit.
  • Analytical Strength: Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a deep understanding of deal structuring.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
  • Education & Credentials: Degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as ACA or CFA are a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
