Role Responsibilities
- Origination: Sourcing and evaluating off-market opportunities across Europe, leveraging your network and market insights.
- Transaction Execution: Leading deal structuring, underwriting, and negotiation processes for complex real estate investments.
- Financial Modelling: Building and reviewing detailed financial models to assess investment viability and returns.
- Presentation & Reporting: Preparing and delivering investment committee materials, investor presentations, and transaction updates.
- Asset Management & Exit: Overseeing post-acquisition performance, driving value creation strategies, and managing exit processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal teams, external advisors, and institutional investors to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field with a strong focus on real estate equity investments.
- Demonstrated experience in executing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures.
- Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage investor relationships.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable - fluency in multiple European languages is a significant advantage.
