Our culture find out more The Role: As a Senior Planner you will have the responsibility of being the key point of contact for clients delivering planning advice on planning and Development Consent Orders (DCO) amongst advising on other major infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities in the role: In this role the successful candidate will work with an established team of planning and infrastructure specialists on a range of exciting projects that includes renewable energy generation amongst potential other sectors. The role will primarily involve providing hands on support on DCO applications from inception through the pre application stage through to Examination stage. You will also assist on projects delivered through the TCPA regime. Ideally the successful candidate will: Have completed RTPI qualification or equivalent They will ideally have experience of working on Development Consent Orders (desirable) Will have worked on infrastructure projects during their career Have a good understanding of the UK Planning systems and potential upcoming changes Has a keep interest in working on DCO and large scale infrastructure projects Our strength and capability at Lanpro is through our people so we offer a strong proposition to both incentivise and support our team.
