About the Company:
We are working on behalf of a leading international executive architecture firm renowned for delivering many of London’s most iconic and complex landmark projects. With a strong international presence, their London studio plays a pivotal role in the execution and delivery of high profile developments across the capital.
The Opportunity:
The London office is currently seeking an experienced Site Architect with strong Revit skills to join the team on a major, large-scale project currently under construction. This is a key role that will place you at the forefront of site coordination and project delivery acting as a bridge between the design team and contractors to ensure the project is executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary architectural contact on site, liaising with contractors, consultants, and the internal delivery team
- Oversee construction detailing, issue tracking, and coordination to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards
- Work closely with internal BIM and technical teams, utilising Revit to manage and update drawing packages as needed
- Monitor progress and provide architectural input throughout the construction phases
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and ensure timely resolution of site issues
Requirements:
- ARB registered Architect (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects — ideally with UK site experience
- Strong knowledge of REVIT and confident working in a BIM-based environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- A solid understanding of UK construction methods, building regulations, and site processes
