The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Largely remote, with occasional UK travel for workshops. 6-month contract (initial). We’re supporting a major UK household name through a large-scale payroll transformation programme to Dayforce for a population of thousands of employees. This is a high-visibility project with strong executive support.

They’re looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in complex HR or payroll system transformations. You’ll play a key role in capturing current processes, aligning stakeholders, and helping shape the future state design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
    • Support and facilitate workshops across business units to align on ways of working.
  • Process & Requirements Analysis
    • Document “as-is” payroll processes and help define the “to-be” future state aligned to Dayforce capabilities.
    • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardisation across the organisation.
    • Ensure clear, complete documentation of requirements and business rules.
  • Collaboration & Delivery
    • Liaise with technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional specs.
    • Contribute to UAT planning and support stakeholder sign-off.

About You

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst on HR/payroll system change programmes (Oracle, Dayforce, SAP, etc).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Confident facilitating workshops and driving clarity in complex environments.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup, with occasional UK travel.
  • Experience with Dayforce is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with large-scale organisations.
  • Available to start at short notice.
