Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head office - Birmingham City Central Location, B3 3SD
Rate of Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)
About The Role: We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launched at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds office building. Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter "Pop Ups" including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along with a Fresh Baked Goods Chef's table and daily office hospitality menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff in the business and the Head Chef.
- Keep up to date with all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods.
- Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
- Continual review of the service and food provided in the site, providing feedback to the team and ensuring any necessary changes are incorporated into the service provision.
- Managing a team of 10/12 pax.
- Retail and hospitality to be provided on site.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous B&I contract catering experience.
- Management experience.
