Do you scroll TikTok “for work”? Are you the first to spot a viral trend and turn it into ROI? Do you know how to pitch, sell, launch, and scale campaigns that get attention and deliver results? We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager who can walk the walk and talk the TikTok. We’re a creative, fast-growing London-based TikTok agency helping brands break the internet (in a good way). Now, we need someone who’s as strategic as they are social, with a foot in three exciting worlds: Business Development, Paid Media, and Influencer Marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Development & Sales
- Lead outreach to new prospects and pitch our creative + performance services
- Develop partnerships and close deals with brands hungry for TikTok magic
- Work closely with the founders to refine our offering and scale client growth
- Smash targets and earn commission (yes please)
- Paid Media
- Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.
- Optimise for results, test creative, and report on performance with clarity
- Stay up-to-date on ad platform trends and best practices (because algorithms love chaos)
- Influencer Marketing
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with TikTok creators
- Brief creators and oversee the delivery of authentic, scroll-stopping content
- Measure the impact and ROI of influencer collaborations
You’ll Fit Right In If You…
- Have 3-4+ years of experience in business development, media buying, or influencer marketing (bonus if it’s agency-side)
- Are confident closing deals and speaking with clients, from startups to big brands
- Know your way around TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Have a sharp commercial mindset and a soft spot for creativity
- Are comfortable juggling multiple projects and wearing a few different hats
