In this senior role, you’ll take the reins on your client portfolio, build rock-solid relationships with top-tier stakeholders (yes, all the way up to the C-suite and board), and drive serious commercial momentum.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Foster Strategic Client Relationships – Cultivate lasting, high-impact partnerships with senior client stakeholders. Become their trusted advisor and go-to strategic ally, supporting growth and collaboration across their entire business.
- Drive client retention and Growth by working hand-in-hand with Client Experience and Performance teams to keep client retention soaring above 90%, while spotting fresh opportunities to expand services, grow your portfolio, and smash revenue goals.
- Monitor and improve performance across all client channels making recommendations where you see fit using your wealth of experience within a similar position.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

- Agency experience essential.
- Ability to work with B2B and B2C clients.
- Ability to grow accounts and retain them.
- Account Management experience, SEO, PPC.
- Great communication skills and experience being client facing.
