Futureheads is working with a boutique independent creative agency and production company, with a reputation for delivering highly impactful campaigns for a host of renowned brands. They’re an employee-owned business that’s committed to social impact initiatives, and their purpose-driven approach has enabled them to secure B-Corp certification. This has cemented their status as an agency that’s not only creatively innovative, but also a genuine force for good.
We’re currently supporting their efforts to recruit a dynamic Marketing and New Business Manager – somebody who can develop and execute the agency’s marketing strategies to help build their brand presence and drive promising leads into their new business pipeline. As a Marketing and New Business Manager you’ll have the chance to experience all aspects of agency life, work closely with senior leadership and creatives and have opportunities for growth and progression. This role will suit somebody at either junior or midweight level with proven marketing and sales experience, who can show initiative, think creatively, work under pressure and hustle to make good things happen!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the agency’s marketing and social media channels
- Supporting with press releases and articles
- Helping to prep collateral for new business opportunities
- Creating a robust contact strategy and identifying market opportunities
- Organizing events
- Performing research tasks for clients and new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 1-5 years’ marketing experience within an advertising agency and/or creative environment
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with a good eye for brand and tone
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation and growth marketing
- A highly organized and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks
- Creative thinker and problem solver
