About the Role:
Due to an exciting period of growth, we are currently looking to recruit commercially minded Administrators, to join our fast-paced Pension team.
No previous pensions experience is required (but is desirable) as training will be offered to the successful person. If you have a can do attitude and willing to take on the challenge of working within a fast paced environment we would like to hear from you.
Main responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):

  • Working closely with the Pensions and Payroll teams to input customer data into the iTrent system and running reports
  • Ensuring all pension data matches and is forwarded and processed to the various schemes
  • Ensuring all queries are actioned and resolved
  • Supporting clients with data reporting requitements monthly and upon request
  • Answering incoming calls and deal with appropriately.
  • Support administration practices in accordance with changing business/team needs and legal requirements.
  • Providing breakdowns of our pensions for processing
  • Managing client queries, requests and liaising with them based on their dynamic changes for pensions
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, where our internal and external clients are at the core of everything we do

Please note that this role is based substantively at our modern offices in Bury, Greater Manchester.

About You:

  • Must have Advanced Excel skills, specifically (VLookups, Pivot Tables etc), problem solving, data analysis to manipulate and upload data, data management skills
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Can prioritise tasks and multitask daily
  • Ability to work as part of a highly motivated team and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Be reactive when working
  • High attention to detail and problem solving
  • Ready to challenge discrepancies where occurring
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn and grow
