The Learning & Development (L&D) team within our Offshore Delivery business unit manage the creation and delivery of the L&D plan for our offshore workforce. They provide our offshore community with varied opportunities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills.
The team have a current opportunity for an L&D Administrator to join them on an initial six-month contract basis. The role will be based in Subsea7's Old Kilpatrick office working alongside the L&D Lead for this business area. Some travel may be required to attend planned events at our Aberdeen office, or other locations.

What will you be doing?
- Administer and coordinate activities around the Subsea7 development programmes, including digital learning initiatives for our global offshore crew.
- Ensure virtual programme delivery is planned and delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Collate and report data in support of learning and development activities.
- Coordinate programmes and scheduled events.
- Liaise with trainers, content creators and technical advisors to support training delivery.
- Produce reports from our LMS, including key data insights.
- General department administration.
You will have strong organisation, planning and IT skills to enable effective communication and collaboration between all parties, including colleagues within HR, HRIS, IT, Crewing, Communications, Technical and Function experts and programme facilitators, along with external vendors and industry bodies.
What experience would we like you to have?
- Highly proficient in IT systems including Office365; Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and authoring tools.
- Learning Management System knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels onshore and offshore, across a multi-cultural global workforce.
- A passion for learning and development and pride in being part of someone’s learning and development experience.
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Pro-active and solutions focused, with the ability to work autonomously using initiative or as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to local sites and venues.
