The Business Analyst is a cross-cutting role that represents a bridge between business stakeholders and operations teams by actively driving and contributing to the operationalization of the strategic Collaboratory initiative through different workstreams, data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration.
This role leads the analysis and design of the business architecture, and translates these into technical and non-technical deliverables, monitors and closely supports operational delivery, and ensures that business needs are translated effectively into solutions and successfully implemented in the Collaboratory initiative.
This role is responsible for managing all business needs ensuring those are correctly captured, defined, documented, prioritized and translated into deliverables, technical and/or non-technical.
The Business Analyst also plays a key role in the deliverable design and implementation processes, working with all stakeholders on all levels including decision-makers, technical teams (e.g., Software Engineers, System Engineers, Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity) and non-technical teams (e.g., Legal team, Procurement team, Communications team) to ensure that solutions are implemented in accordance with the business requirements, properly communicated, and smoothly accepted and used in day-to-day business by the targeted audience.
