What You’ll Be Doing:
- Labour Management
- Partner with projects to supply the right operatives—on time, with the right skills, at the right place.
- Manage labour movements across multiple sites and regions.
- Regular site visits to clients and operatives across Central England.
- Support operational needs—PPE/equipment delivery, timesheet collection, on-call duties.
- Monitor and report on worker performance and project KPIs.
- Develop new business and nurture long-standing client relationships.
- Promote the full range of McGinley’s services.
- Conduct regular site visits to build trust and engagement with operatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
What You’ll Need:
- Demonstrable experience in high-volume recruitment—ideally rail or similar sector.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; RDB Pro experience preferred.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across Central England.
- PTS ACDC/DCCR card highly desirable.
