Senior Associate – Strategy, Growth & Analytics | Up to £58,000 Ready to escape the DD machine and help PE-backed businesses grow smarter? This isn’t just another strategy job. This is a chance to work directly with experienced operators, ex-investors and technologists to build out the next-generation GTM consultancy . You’ll be working with high-growth, PE-backed businesses solving real problems around marketing performance, commercial effectiveness, and product strategy. You’ll also gain early exposure to equity through an EMI scheme; because they want builders, not just joiners. The Company Our client is a boutique growth consultancy using a proprietary tech stack to decode what’s really happening “under the bonnet” of portfolio company performance. Their clients include leading mid-market PE funds and their portfolio businesses across B2B and B2C sectors. With a team of 10 and serious momentum, they’re growing fast; and they’re hiring people who can grow with them.
