Role – Cover Supervisor Start Date – ASAP Daily rate – £90 – £110 a day depending on experience Location – Tunbridge Wells Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisor for a comprehensive secondary school in the Tunbridge Wells area. The Role: Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Provide support to students as needed Ensure adherence to school policies and proceduresRequirements: Strong communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments Previous experience within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential Ability to manage behaviour effectively Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible Legal right to work in the UKIf you’re ready to take on this exciting opportunity then apply today!
