This is a hands-on role focused on improving how customers discover products across web and app. You'll be owning the full product discovery journey – things like search, filters, product tagging, content, and merchandising. It's all about helping people find the right product faster and creating a smooth, engaging experience that leads to better conversion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Set the strategy and roadmap for product discovery across digital platforms.
  • Work closely with design, tech, and marketing to build and improve tools like search, filters, and content.

What you’ll need:

  • A few years of product management experience in eCommerce or digital platforms (ideally across both web and app).
  • Experience working on search, CMS, product info tools, or AI-driven recommendations.
  • Good understanding of platforms like Shopify, Algolia, PIM, or DAM tools.
  • Strong communication skills – especially when working with devs and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable prioritising, testing ideas, and making decisions in fast-moving environments.
