Principal Executive Search Delivery Consultant (Remote) Fully remote Basic salary – £70,000 – £100,000 depending on experience. Total comp expected of in-excess of £200,000 Opportunity to support the Managing Partner who personally bills in excess of 3 million per annum. We are a dynamic executive search firm specialising in the professional services industry. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, Partner-level placements across technology, digital, strategy, consulting, and outsourcing. We operate globally, working with top-tier clients to identify and secure outstanding leaders who drive organisational growth. As part of our growth strategy, we aim to sell the company, with a valuation goal of 12x profit, leveraging our executive search capabilities alongside our Occupational Psychology arm. Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, proactive and output-focused Principal Executive Search Consultant to join our team. The role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering world-class executive search projects on a global scale. The successful candidate will take full accountability for the delivery of executive search assignments, managing a team consisting of one other consultant and three researchers.
