HW Interim Solutions are supporting a financial services client in their search for an Interim Head of Operational Transformation to support a critical period of change, specifically within their wealth management function. This is an assignment for a period of 6 months that will suit a commercially astute and operationally focussed professional interim with the ability to drive meaningful change, improve performance and prepare the business for wider organisational developments.
Working as part of the operations senior leadership team, the successful candidate will act as a true change agent.
