As a Mechanical Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll deliver training course modules and supervise practical training in the Marine Mechanical Refrigeration Arena. No prior training experience is required as we will look to develop you into the role if you have the necessary experience. Day to day, you’ll deliver training in theoretical and practical technical training on Mechanical Refrigeration Engineering techniques, complex systems routines, maintenance, diagnostics and repair techniques. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and update training documentation as directed and to assist others as requested. Assess trainee course work and provide feedback on performance.
