The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Supporting the E&I construction output on NSF project, duties include liaising with the client and conducting meetings to understand the requirements and working with them to provide safe and efficient solutions.

Review constructability of project plans and individual E&I work packs. Identify where efficiencies can be made in the project execution. Interface between nexos construction team and client construction management.

Manage and challenge client expectations in the planning and execution of E&I project SOW. Review E&I construction work packs, remedials, small scopes & CCHP’s as defined in the client scope of work and to meet requirements. Fully responsible for the quality of information in work packs.

Liaise with construction team, to collate E&I work packs suitable for executing the detailed work scope. Ensuring adequate information is available to construction team to undertake planned project E&I construction tasks.

Reviewing trade mix requirements and durations to assist with long term planning at site – to determine most cost effective and optimal trade mix. Support for E&I Construction Lead and NSF Construction Manager as required. Role has no direct reports. Role must share findings and learning with the NSF E&I Construction Lead and Nexos NSF construction Manager.
