This exclusive residence comprises 16 luxury apartments and offers exceptional amenities, including an on-site exercise facility, a fine dining restaurant, and a professional hair salon. The General Manager will oversee a team of 15 staff and ensure the smooth running of this elegant establishment, providing an outstanding experience for residents and their families. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Inspiration: Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellence in every aspect of service and care. Cultivate a positive, collaborative environment where staff feel empowered to excel. Resident Advocacy & Family Engagement: Act as a trusted advocate for residents, building meaningful relationships and creating a warm, inclusive community. Foster strong, proactive communication with families, ensuring their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
