We are looking for an experienced and motivated MRICS-qualified Property Manager to join our commercial and mixed-use property management department. You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets, delivering high-quality service to clients and tenants, and ensuring operational, financial, and statutory responsibilities are met across the portfolio.
About the Role
You will take ownership of day-to-day property management duties, oversee associated workflows, and liaise closely with our in-house accounts team. The role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a busy and supportive environment while developing their career and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, including tenant liaison, lease compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and client reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and statutory compliance in collaboration with contractors and Facilities Managers.
- Oversee service charge budgeting, reconciliations, and financial performance, working closely with the accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and building standards.
- Advise on lease events, legal notices, and support client engagement through high service standards and regular communication.
- Contribute to business development and collaborate with agency and lease advisory teams to enhance client offerings.
