We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery who is looking for a dedicated Room Leader to join our team in Parsons Green. In this role, you will support the Leadership team in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and education. You will help lead a team of early years professionals, creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:- Work flexibly as part of a larger team, assisting and supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Support and guide staff to deliver outstanding childcare and learning experiences.
