Overview We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a diverse and inclusive educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students of all abilities. Responsibilities * Work closely with individual students with EHCPs to provide academic and pastoral support. * Implement specific learning plans and instructional strategies as outlined in EHCPs. * Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote an inclusive and accessible learning environment for children with SEN. * Monitor and track student progress, and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents/guardians. * Support students in developing independence, social skills, and self-regulation.
