Our client, a historic professional institute in the legal sector, is looking for an Education & Training Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised candidate who will take charge of the planning and execution of a wide range of open days and events for students and members.

Working closely with the Training & Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in making sure that events run smoothly as well as liaising with student committees to make sure that their input is considered for future events.

Duties will include:

  • Monitoring inboxes and replying to event queries
  • Working closely with the banqueting & estates team
  • On the day event supervision
  • Post event review

The successful candidate will have previous experience organising events. A background in higher education, training or membership would be an advantage but is not essential. We are also particularly keen to hear from applicants with supervisory or team leader experience. If you are looking for the flexibility of a part-time role then this could be the opportunity for you.
